We are offering the opportunity for a select number of solicitors and barristers to join us as consultants.

What we provide for our consultants:

• An opportunity to develop your existing commercial practice with the assistance and support of our in-house team of legal practitioners both solicitors and barristers
• Access to counsel within Cerulean on a formal or informal basis
• Full PI insurance cover and an escrow facility to hold client funds
• Administrative support providing fee negotiation and collection, fee noting, diary management, telephone answering and post collection and forwarding as well as a Cerulean email address.
• Conference facilities in the City.
• Access to Lexis (if required)
• Complete flexibility with your working hours and working from home.

No exclusivity:

• You decide whether:
  • to provide your legal services to particular clients through Cerulean or independently in any given instance
  • to work with us for particular clients of ours

What we are looking for in our consultants

• An established commercial practice whether transactional, advisory or litigation with a gross turnover of around £150,000 plus (eVAT)
• At least 10 years PQE in commercial or regulatory practice
• Full practising certificate
• Good client references
