It was founded by 2 senior commercial barristers with the intention of breaking the mould by providing direct access for commercial clients to counsel and solicitors under one roof.
It is an entity regulated by the Bar Standards Board and includes members of the Bars of England & Wales and the BVI and solicitors qualified here and in Hong Kong. It has full conveyancing, litigation, and instructing rights.
